Professional capability at a fraction of equivalent local employment cost.
Pacifica prices the actual capability and workflow required. The commercial objective is straightforward: Australian- or US-standard output without carrying the full local salary, recruitment and employment overhead of the equivalent role.
Choose the operating model that fits the work.
We quote each engagement after the role or workflow is defined. That avoids publishing a headline rate that only applies to the easiest work.
For recurring work where you need reliable weekly capacity integrated into your team.
- Defined responsibilities
- Agreed working hours and collaboration window
- Use of your systems and SOPs
- Regular output and performance review
For work requiring accounting, engineering, operational or market-specific experience.
- Experience matched to the requirement
- Technical or professional workflow support
- Clear approval and escalation boundaries
- Part-time or full-capacity options
For a recurring process with clear inputs, deadlines, outputs and reporting.
- Defined workflow and service expectations
- Ownership of recurring follow-up
- Reporting and exception escalation
- Useful when output matters more than seat time
Buy the capability. Avoid the full local employment cost structure.
Pacifica is a service provider, not a labour-hire pitch dressed up as a cheap hourly rate. The engagement is priced around the work and the level of capability required.
| Commercial issue | Additional local employee | Pacifica managed service |
|---|---|---|
| Core cost | Local salary plus employment on-costs and overhead | Agreed service fee quoted before engagement |
| Recruitment | Client recruits and carries vacancy risk | Pacifica sources and manages delivery capability |
| Payroll & leave administration | Managed directly by the employer | Pacifica manages its own personnel arrangements |
| Capacity changes | Often requires hiring, restructuring or overtime | Scope can be adjusted by agreement around role, hours or workflow |
| Quality & control | Client sets internal standards | Pacifica works to the client's documented Australian or US standards, systems and approval boundaries |
No hidden formula.
The quote is driven by a short list of commercial variables. You know the monthly or project cost before the engagement begins.
| Factor | Lower complexity | Higher complexity |
|---|---|---|
| Experience required | Administrative or production support | Specialist market or technical experience |
| Hours | Part-time recurring capacity | Full-time or extended coverage |
| Workflow ownership | Tasks under client direction | Recurring process ownership and exception handling |
| Systems | Common cloud platforms | Specialist accounting, CAD, project or operational systems |
| Time-zone overlap | Flexible asynchronous delivery | Defined Australia or US collaboration windows |
Price should cover the operating model, not just a person.
The proposal will state exactly what is included so there is no ambiguity over responsibility or cost.
Role definition
Responsibilities, hours, systems, required experience, outputs and escalation boundaries.
Engagement setup
Commercial structure, onboarding expectations and an agreed start plan.
Clear monthly or project cost
No engagement starts until the scope and price are agreed.
Multi-currency payments.
30-Day Money-Back Service Guarantee.
A new recurring managed-service engagement should prove that the operating model works. If Pacifica materially fails to deliver the agreed written scope during the first 30 days after go-live, and does not cure that failure within five business days after written notice, the client may terminate the affected engagement and claim a refund of Pacifica service fees paid for that first 30-day service period.
