Pricing & engagement

Professional capability at a fraction of equivalent local employment cost.

Pacifica prices the actual capability and workflow required. The commercial objective is straightforward: Australian- or US-standard output without carrying the full local salary, recruitment and employment overhead of the equivalent role.

Engagement models

Choose the operating model that fits the work.

We quote each engagement after the role or workflow is defined. That avoids publishing a headline rate that only applies to the easiest work.

Ongoing role
Dedicated Support
Quoted by role & hours

For recurring work where you need reliable weekly capacity integrated into your team.

  • Defined responsibilities
  • Agreed working hours and collaboration window
  • Use of your systems and SOPs
  • Regular output and performance review

Why the model costs less

Buy the capability. Avoid the full local employment cost structure.

Pacifica is a service provider, not a labour-hire pitch dressed up as a cheap hourly rate. The engagement is priced around the work and the level of capability required.

Commercial issueAdditional local employeePacifica managed service
Core costLocal salary plus employment on-costs and overheadAgreed service fee quoted before engagement
RecruitmentClient recruits and carries vacancy riskPacifica sources and manages delivery capability
Payroll & leave administrationManaged directly by the employerPacifica manages its own personnel arrangements
Capacity changesOften requires hiring, restructuring or overtimeScope can be adjusted by agreement around role, hours or workflow
Quality & controlClient sets internal standardsPacifica works to the client's documented Australian or US standards, systems and approval boundaries
Australian clients: Pacifica personnel are supplied through a managed services arrangement rather than being added as employees to the client's Australian payroll. This reduces the direct recruitment, payroll, leave and routine people-administration load associated with adding another local employee.
What drives price

No hidden formula.

The quote is driven by a short list of commercial variables. You know the monthly or project cost before the engagement begins.

First 30 days

30-Day Money-Back Service Guarantee.

A new recurring managed-service engagement should prove that the operating model works. If Pacifica materially fails to deliver the agreed written scope during the first 30 days after go-live, and does not cure that failure within five business days after written notice, the client may terminate the affected engagement and claim a refund of Pacifica service fees paid for that first 30-day service period.

Applies to a client's first new recurring managed-service engagementOne guarantee claim per client, unless Pacifica agrees otherwise in writing.
Written scope must be materially missedThe guarantee is tied to the agreed deliverables and service requirements, not a general change-of-mind promise.
Five-business-day cure opportunityWe get a short opportunity to correct a genuine service failure before a refund becomes available.
Clear exclusionsOnboarding/setup charges, third-party costs, project work, scope changes, client-caused delay, missing access or approvals, and events outside Pacifica's reasonable control are excluded.
Full conditions apply. The guarantee is subject to the signed proposal or services agreement and the detailed conditions in our Terms & Conditions. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
